I cannot log into my user account to take my HUD exam. I chatted with Kyterion this morning, and they referred me back to reaching out here. My case number with them is 02787864. I have left voicemails this morning, because I am unable to log in and the password reset tells me I must contact user support to reset my access.
Hi I took the exam and I passed but it has not updated on my end. I am not sure on what to do in reference to this and I wouldve screenshot or took a picture for proof. I hope you can help me and explain how to complete the process. Thank You
