I have taken the exam 4 times now. Material for the exam promises an email following failure to pass the exam. The email provides you with guidance on the area to study and next steps, among other things. I've been told that is issue is known, and I was thanked for my patience. If individual information isn't being automatically sent out to exam takers, could that information be requested individually? I'm all for studying, but $60/$100 a pop is expensive when you have been trying to absorb all the information. It may not help me, but I have raised this issue with my state representatives.

I am unable to log into the site. It keeps asking for a 6 digit code for two- step verification. I don't know where to obtain the code and I have to take my HECM exam today at 2PM EST. I have been trying to reset my password and I have tried to get in on my personal computer as well as my work computer for several days without success. I really wanted to reschedule the exam.
