I seem to be locked out of my account

Need account reset. Attempted to change password and then set up 2 step verification but was unable set it up after password was changed. Requesting account reset to attempt 2 set up 2 step verification.

Everytime you send a nee link to resrt password. I click on that linksnd then it gives a math problem and I do that and then hit "log in" and it says account closed. No access. Please help me unlock account. I have been attempting since 800 am today.

I can no longer access my account. I tried to reset the password, but received a message that I am to contact support to regain access to my account. I will need access to my receipt for billing purposes.

Hello I wanted to send some possible feedback. I wanted to know if the tests can be the same I studied so hard for this exam and and I think I over studied and I did not pass this is very frustrating to many people I have spoken to I think having the same exam will make odds of passing very high and this will make it more accessible for HUD counselors in various underserved areas . And also can I add that when you send the results if we fail can you lists the questions we missed instead of the areas so we will study the question more especially areas we did not see when we studied .

I have been having trouble with this website for hours. I was able to get logged on but I could not set-up two factor authentication. I need to be able to access mt account from a personal computer but once again, I am locked.
