Ticket from Gena Hall - User Account

I do not understand why my account has been denied access. I set up the authenticator as requested. I also tried to register again with a new email but wish i had not done that because i do not have another device to do the authenticator with. I only have my personal phone and work computer. I will need to register for test within next week or so so will need to access somehow. Please disregard the 2nd attempt at registration. I still want to use my work email (ghall@peopleinc.net) as my username.

Ticket from Pa Houa Lee-Yang - Certification Exam

I am running into this issue again. I cannot login to my account. Please help. Also, myself and two of my staff registered to take the exam today, however, Hurricane Helene is coming our way. We are in Florida. Are we able to reschedule our testing date and time? Please help.
