I am locked in and cannot log in using the two factor authentication. I am not going to download an app on my phone for work related purposes and the microsoft link the previous support member sent me is asking me to pay for Microsoft 365. Please reply with a step by step process to set this up on a Windows computer. Thank you!

Ticket from Raul Cardenas - Certification Exam

Completed my Exam test today September 19th at 1:30pm pst time. I have not received an email with the exam details as I was informed via email. Support replied supplying the email will be resent. However I still did not receive an email. I checked my junk and spam folder with no request. On September 23rd at 11:30 am pst time I completed my second exam test. I also never received an email with the test results. I just called support and left a voicemail. Please advise. My email is rcardenas@takechargeamerica.org.
