I have been locked out of my account

I passed the exam in July. I have not been able to submit my certificate to FHAC and also having trouble resetting my password.

cannot get into account. Just need to try to log in to print proof of receipt from when took the exam back in August. Thanks!

To become a HUD educational provider, do i need to get certified? Also, what are the additional steps?

It is asking me to do a code after I enter my name and my password, I don't have a 6 digit code and if it is sending it to my I am not getting it

FHAC Application Error

Hello, I tried sending the following update via email: Attached is my confirmation email from 8/23/24 with price and grand total omitted (See bottom of page 2 and top of page 3). I attempted the second option as well but nowhere is there a ‘Receipts’ option in the blue header (please see attached screenshot). Please advise of another option.

Hi, My name is Ellie Hansen. I took the HECM exam on September 10, 2024. I just found out from HUD that I must have a typo on the last 4 digits of the SSN that I supplied when I registered for the exam. Because of the error, I am unable to get added to the HECM roster until it is corrected. How can I correct the mistake? the correct last 4 digits of my SSN are 2169. Ellie Hansen

I have Taken the HUD Housing Counselor Test and failed my first attempt. I have gotten no feedback as to what i missed on the test and how it was scored. Could I get an email with this information so that I can study in areas I may have been lacking knowledge? Please respond. thank you,
