I am not able to enter the 2-factor 6 digit. I am locked out

I took my HUD counseling exam yesterday, 9/17/2024, the message after I submitted my answers it said I passed, and I would receive an email. My co-workers received theirs the next morning, are you able to send me this email? Thanks for your assistance.

I am unable to login to my HUD user account, when I put in my username and password it says to "Contact support to reset your access" and when I try to reset my password it also says "Contact support to reset your access" and does not take me to a screen where I can reset my password. Instead it takes me to the main home page. I need to register for my HUD exam ASAP
