i cant login to my account to change my HUD exam date

My name is RaeAnna Hudnell email raeanna.hudnell1@gmail.com. I signed up to take a Hud Certification exam online on August 23, 2024 at 7:45p. I did all the test and downloaded the necessary information. But I could not get it launch. It would not let me take the test. I would like a refund on my $60.

Having issues with Two way verfication

I received an email with my test results but it show's the Score as a "0" Zero?? This is the 2nd time I've taken the HECM exam and I need to compare the score results from last time to this time. Thank you

I cannot login to my account. It states this: "contact support to reset your access". I need the invoice for the exam schedule for 8/26. Can someone please send it to me and help me with gaining access to my account. Please?

I took and passed my HECM exam on 8/21/21, and it still has not showed up in hudhousingcounselors.hud.gov, so it is not giving me the option to send my results to FHA Connection. I really need this done, ASAP, as I have to have my passing exam results in FHA Connection by 8/25/24. Can you check with WebAssessor, and see why they haven't gotten the information to you? I need this done today!

the online calculator is not working, I have tried it both logged in and logged out of my account, I am using the mouse, nothing is working

I still cannot log on to my account. When I put in my name and password it asks for a six-digit verification number, but I don't know where to find the verificaiton number. It's not being sent to my email or via text. I don't understand where I am supposed to find the verification code. Please advise. Thank you.
