I am a counselor that was registered to take the HECM Exam on 08/16/24. But it appears that I was given the HUD exam incorrectly. (See email with test results below). My manager said that I should have received a score out of 100 - and need an 80% to pass but as you can see this test gave me a score of 429 out of 500 required which gave me a FAIL. I was unable to attach a screenshot of the test reminder and confirmation of the test registration here but I can provide that if needed.

Please kindly assist. I no longer have access to my file now that i have left my last employer. I will need to access my account and reset my password. Thanks

Hello, Is there a way to get your Knowledge Assessment results send to your email? We completed a KA with a a counselor but unable to receive results? Is asking us for Assessment ID and KEY ID. I was unable to take my exam due my account saying I need to contact support to reset access. I tried resetting my password, but it also doesn't allow me to do that.
