when i try to log in, it keeps saying that my password is wrong and to contact support to reset my access

I am trying to register, and I keep getting in the loop of the password reset. It sends the link to reset the password, but once I have clicked on the link to reset my password, it takes me back to the page to input my email address to receive the reset link. I never get to the option to enter a password.
