Heather Kyle passed the exam in February. Her passing email did not give a counselor exam ID. She is not able to transfer her exam results to FHA Connection and complete the certification process. Please advise.

Hello, I am registered to take the exam, and I work for Ohio State Extension, is this considered a HUD Housing Agency to get the certification? I am not registered under them or anything yet-- is it okay to just take the exam on my own? Then once I get registered am I considered certified?
