I am experiencing issues with logging into my account as I need to register for my upcoming exam. The website is asking for a two-step authentication code, but I have not received the code via email or phone. I have already checked my spam/junk folders and verified that my contact information is correct. I also tried requesting a new code, but I am still not receiving anything.
