I am attempting to obtain my HUD certification, as I passed my written exam last week. It is requiring a two factor verification code, but it will not send me such code. I have reached out to the HUD support email provided at the end of the login screen to which I was sent an immediate response back stating the email address was nonexistent. Any guidance on how to access my account would be greatly appreciated. Prior to setting up my two factor verification, it was asking me for an Exam ID, which I did not have.

Hello, I cannot log into my HUD account and have an exam in 3 hrs. I'm not sure which way is best to proceed. Last night I logged in utilizing dual authenticator step but I did not download an app, I simply scanned QR code and it prompted me to pick one of my phones passwords and it logged me in. It also sent me a confirmation email saying thanks for setting up. Now I can't log in cause I don't know how to generate a 6 digit pin and also don't know which app is needed to do so. PLEASE HELP

Hello, for some reason I’m having issues getting into my account. I have ,unfortunately, had to reset my password a few times in the last day or so because of errorson my end. But I try to re-access my account with a new set up for my password and everything to contact support at this point so if somebody could please reach out to me. I’m trying to study with any tools provided for the housing counselor exam I’d really appreciate it.

I need to reset my account login. I did not download a generator app.

I was given my Exam ID number but when I am completing the application to transfer my results to FHA the Exam ID number is too long the application will not allow me to enter the full number.

I cannot log-in to my account. After scanning the code, I logged in and did a dual authentication step. It logged me in and sent me an email thanking me for setting up. I studied for HUD exam tomorrow then logged out to try on my phone. Now, it asked for authentication code but I do not know how to generate one and there is no QR code to scan!

Hello, I was doing my exam and after the first question I accidentally click the wrong bottom and exit the exam without completed. Kryterion told me they can't help me to reload the exam with being charge again and referred me to you. CAn somebody please help me on this. Thank you
