Need to log on to register for exam

Hi again. I apparently never received an email after passing my exam that contained my Exam ID on it. My results were never transferred. Can you please help me make that happen so that I can complete my counselor application?

I cannot get into my account. I am not receiving the 2 factor code. Please help me, as I test on Friday.

Hello, I noticed that your link for the calculator is not working at the moment. I'm in the middle of facilitating a training for a group of housing counselors and having them practice with the calculator is key during this process. I need help accessing the numbers for two-factor authentication! I go to the Settings> my name< Sign in & Security< Two Factor and enter the 6 numbers that I find there. But it's always incorrect. Are these not the right numbers? Please assist. Thanks!

Hello, Upon trying to register my test the Exam ID number is only allowing 6 characters and not the 10 digit number that I have been given. I am trying to register this Exam ID Number: 1000000084.

I'm trying to send my results to FHA Connection but keep getting errors and are unable to move to the next step. I'm thinking it's because of my user id possibly. My user id is my personal email and that's where I received the email after my exam with the "Pass" results and the next steps to take. But, when I tried to register on FHA Connection I'm entering my email as my work email. Please help. My phone # is 978-337-2419 if a call would be easier to get this straightened out. Thank you
