My coworker has been unlocked out of her account since passing her HUD Certification exam. Please inform me of where she should go, or who she should contact to reset her password and gain access to her account. She needs to transfer her results to FHA Connection, and has not been able to. Good morning, I'm a leader in the training department of our non profit housing agency and I'm supporting the new counselors through the certification process. One of my counselors, Tina Hill (tpontius@greenpath.com) has been blocked since she needs to take the certification today from her personal laptop and needed to reset her TFA. She has tried multiple times and as you can imagine is very stressed about not having access to the exam prior to it. Please, we need your help soon to give her the access to it.

Still have not heard back from anyone regarding my test suspension and cannot log in to the website. It has been 2 weeks. I have received emails saying someone will contact me but haven;t heard from a live person. They have told me to contact bixal and then sent email that they are no longer the contact . I am just trying to finish my test that was suspended and also trying to log on. PLEASE PLEASE HELP Thanks

Thank you for responding. The issue is that I got an error message after trying to pay. This was earlier, which is why you don't see it here. The last four is 4360. My name is on the card. I tried to do it today, August 6th, and I used a Visa debit card, not a credit card. I responded to the email with the screenshot and the above message just to find out that it is unmonitored. I do not see an option here to include the screenshot. Again, I was trying to pay for the HUD exam in West Palm Beach Florida, and got an error message Thank you
