The link that was sent from my email to transfer my exam results to FHA connection is not functioning.

Passed HUD Housing Counselor Exam 6/27/24 - PA63610299, transferred to FHAC 6/27/24, received email stating successful transfer to FHAC with Counselor Exam ID however, I am unable to login. Please advise.
