It will not allow me to access my account. I was able to access my account last week with no problem. Now it says I need to contact support. I also can't locate my exam # in order to transfer my results for my testing to get my certificate.

I am having difficulties logging in. I've reset my password, and it still will not let me in to take the assessment exam to become a certified counselor. If you could provide me with a phone number to call for technical support in this matter, it would be so greatful or contact me at 813-671-6102.

I am locked out of HUD and every time it sent me an email to reset that password they send doesn’t work can someone help me with this? Also I am schedule to take my exam on 8/21/2024 and I have been extremely busy this month so I went on Kryterion to reschedule for a week later which would be 8/28/2024 and discovery although ai pay there was some type of but in you system that did not register me so I am having to wait for Kryterion to get back with me. By email can some one please help me with this? I would like to reschedule my test for 8/28/2024 for later if not later. Thank you .

Is there a way that this can be rest so that she can schedule her HUD housing certification attempt? Need to reschedule exam

I took an exam on Friday August 16th and the results says cancelled and I want to know why was my exam cancelled?

To sign in it is asking for an Application verification code. I do not have one. Please help!

I completed a lot of the training modules and now it's showing that I haven't completed any. I was almost completed with the program and now it looks like I have to start over. Can you please advise why all of my work was erased? Is their any way possible to get it back
