Hello, I have dyslexia and need help with reading the exam. I try to take it once without any help but was not able to pass and am looking for accommodation. Who would I be able to reach out to for that help. I have reschedule the exam for 10/29/24 due to I saw on the site, it needed 45 days before the exam to setup for any accommodations. I do not understand If I passed or not. At first it said my test was cancelled now it says complete but no pass or fail.

I have taken several online trainings. I have almost completed modules 1 and 2, how do I track the classes that I have already taken?

I was wondering if the modules have sound to them. ?? I am unable to hear anything. If I am simply to read, that's okay. If there is sound to the modules, then I need to research why it's not coming through on my computer. Can you let me know? Thank you. Melody Enella
