Hi, Today, I had a proctored exam scheduled for 11:30 AM, but I was unable to access my account to take the exam. I contacted Kryterion for support, but they were unable to assist me. It appeared that the entire website was down or unresponsive at the time. As a result, I missed my exam. I have since regained access to the website, but unfortunately, the scheduled time has passed.

Have kept taking classes and you dont show completed. We are back & forth. Took two yest that you show started that I did completed but need to move to my certification and you show started still. It's 4.1 & 4.2...You still show 5.1 started that I completed. and you don't show all the classes when pull my account...Help as need to see our full account with all 15 classes when we go into our account...HELP vaton
