Good afternoon. I've been trying to log in to take my exam for two days, and I keep getting this warning that I need to download the security browser. I've downloaded the security browser four times, and I'm still having trouble logging in. I'd like you to please help me resolve this problem so I can take my exam.

hi my name is charles archie i'm calling in regards to the uh practice exam for the hood housing counselors umm i was looking to do uh from my understanding there was unlimited takes or 99 takes for the practice exam and for some reason it's not allowing me after i've taken it once umm to retake the practice exam i didn't know if it was a technical issue but i wanted to see is there a way for me to get this cleared so

I need someone to call me at 8456681148 regarding this on going matter I am not getting a code to scan. It gives no option to set up TFA. All it says on my end is enter 6 digit verification code that I DONT HAVE. Can someone call me or give me a number to call? My number is 845-668-1148.
