I have taken the assessment test twice, but it will not show results that I have finished the test. I saw that if I go to an actual testing center to take the test, I need an email that states I completed the assessment. What do I do, or do I need to show I completed the assessment? I am ready to take the certification, but do not want to be sent away because I am missing assessment proof. Please help. Thank you

I have tried several times to call the support to explain my issue with logging into the site. I have not gotten a call back, only a reply via email. I can not resolve the problem as once I login I am asked for the 6 digit code. I do not see anyplace where it asks me to reset application? I am attaching my last conversation with support.
