There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. However, the registration system does limit the number of times a candidate can register for the exam. 

If you receive a notice about maximum attempts, please call Support at 800-448-7149. Support will manually unlock the registration system while on the phone with you allowing you to register. Please do not call Support for assistance until you are ready to complete registration and pay for the exam. 

I have an MLO license can I get this certification also?

To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.

So on 6/23/2022 i was scheduled for my exam that day but due to me having Covid and I couldn't make my date so I was wondering can I transfer the funds to schedule a different date to take Exam?

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Access Exam Details in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. 

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (canceled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.

The online training is interactive, but it does not include audio.

i need to reschedule my exam for another date due to me having covid and its 72 hours before the date but its still telling me i have to pay $85

Could not log in to the test due to having internet Issues.
