There is a known issue with Google Chrome in which certain modules will not load. Users can access the module by right clicking on the module link and selecting "Save Link As" which allows users to save the PDF to their computer and open it from there. Users also have the option to switch browsers.

Are there requirements for online homebuyer education? I am looking specifically with the time. I read it needs to be 8 hours but most programs are not timed. Do we need to time or online learning classes? If not, how do we know they are taking the full 8 hours? If so, I have seen many HUD okayed programs that are not timed? Can you help me with this? The current program we use is timed and some of or speed readers would like it to go faster but we can not allow them to move on until the allowed time is up. It would be nice to not have it timed.
