To access the exam registration, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam and complete the form at the bottom of the page.

I need a copy of my certificate. I have changed email accounts and am unable to access the old email account. Therefore, I am also unable to log in.

Dear Counselor,

After signing in to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov site, users are not required to enter username and password credentials to access Webassessor. Your HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov user account automatically logs you into Webassessor.

There is a known browser error in which candidates are sometimes kicked out of Webassessor and asked to log back in.

i had to reschedule my exam on 5/21 , and 5/22 because when i tested the kryterion system readiness check it show that the computer speed having a problem. I went to another location, and re-routed my modem and its not giving me access. I was wondering if there is something else we can do to resolve this problem before my next exam on 5/26/22.
