i need to reset my biometric photo information my appearance is diffrent on my photo id and the system is not accepting it

This is my second day of trying to log in to take the exam. I tried on my laptop yesterday. Today I logged in from my PC. I got in further today but I am currently on the Kryterion Test website and it has been sitting in wait lock for over 15 minutes.
