As I was finishing my exam it closed up saying I had privacy issues so I don't know if I finished in time or they closed me out.

Can someone direct me how to retrieve my exam results

I took the exam about 4 years ago - I passed - I was told I was the first person in the country to pass. My current company wants to become a Housing Counseling Agency - will my certification apply? How can I get a copy of my certification? Name: Ronnie Odom - took the exam in Birmingham AL for Navigate Housing.

The Study Guide consists of 15 modules and a Glossary that vary from approximately 20 to 60 pages. A single file of the entire training is not available.

The Support team is not able to provide physical copies of the Study Guide. You are welcome to print the training as befits your needs to prepare for the exam. 

If I wanted to reschedule my exam for Wednesday instead of Monday can I do that

To cancel or reschedule your exam, sign in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select Access Exam Details in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. 

Follow the steps to reschedule or cancel your scheduled exam (canceled exams will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to schedule a new exam.

I am not affiliated with any Hud Approved Agencies, and I would like to become a Hud Certified Counselor. Do you have any advice for me because I understand that this is one of the requirements.

The role of the HUD participating housing counseling agency in HUD Certified Housing Counselor Application Process is to verify counselor employment in FHA Connection and to update FHA Connection when counselor employment statu
