TT arrived to find her Test Center closed. 

From the time I start the training how long does it take for me in order to do the certification exam ( Is there a time frame from start to finish)

Your test date details are included in your Assessment Purchase Confirmation email. Your test date details are also located in the Countdown to Your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. You must be logged in to access your user profile. To change your test date, please log in to HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and visit the Exam Registration page.

HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov Support provides technical support and general program information related to the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov training and certification exam program. If you have additional questions about the housing counselor training and certification program, please visit the HUD Exchange or email HUD Housing Counseling at housing.counseling@hud.gov with the subject line, “Housing Counselor Certification.”

If you are unable to recall your password, enter your account email in the Forgot Password? tool. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with a link to verify that you are the account owner. You will need to set a new account password after email verification. Support does not assign or have access to user passwords. 

I accidentally missed an exam and need to sign up for another day. The website does not give me the option. The error is my fault and I do not want a refund, just the opportunity to re-register. Help!
