If you have passed the exam, your next step is to authorize the transfer of your passing test results to FHA Connection. To do this, sign in to your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select “Exam Center” from the top navigation. Then, select “Transfer Results to FHA Connection.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Transfer Results page.

I needed to reschedule the exam due to issues with biometrics and was unable to reach Kryterion to resolve yesterday in order to complete my exam. I was able to reach someone today and they were able to reset my test, however they notified me to reach out to HUD to issue a refund for the reschedule fee. Can any one assist with this?
