cant login to get my test. please help

Hello, I am scheduled to take my exam on August 6, 2020 at 10:00am Brainseed Staten Island however, I would like to change the date to July 31, 2020 at 10:00am at the same location, Brainseed Staten Island. Thank you.

Biometric would not accept my stroke missed time window and had to reschedule was charged 50 and it still saying July 22

I spoke with Danielle on Monday 7/20 regarding technical/scheduling problems for the exam. I wasn't able to get technical support form Kryterion during my test (original date 7/16), so I had to reschedule & pay additional $50.00. My rescheduled time for 12:30 on 7/20, but when I logged in to take the test the test wasn't there. I called in to HUD & spoke with Danielle. She helped me refund, but I haven't been scheduled for the exam. Please call me ASAP 509-789-0308

I was taking my exam yesterday and my electricity went out, can I please start my exam today?
