How do I provide proof of employment if my organization does not yet have an FHA Application Coordinator? Is there any other way to prove that I am a Housing Counselor working for the City of Tampa Florida?

Certification Requirement

Housing counseling required under or provided in connection with HUD programs must be provided only by certified housing counselors who work for organizations approved to participate in HUD’s Housing Counseling Program. In order to be certified, an individual must both pass a standardized written examination covering six major topic areas, and work for an agency approved to participate in HUD’s housing counseling program.

I registered for a new exam which I had to again reschedule and I had to pay an additional $50 which I had no issue with. However, It did the same thing again when I tried to reschedule it scheduled me for the same day instead of the future date I desire. If someone could help me with this issue again that would be great.
