The requirement that the tester use an external camera should be amended to allow internal cameras. With every single employee working from home, how are we to find a budget to buy each of them an external camera just for this test? There must be an exception that I don't see and Kryterion is unaware of.

Select Begin Exam Registration in the Countdown to your Exam! section of your User Profile Dashboard. Follow the steps to register for the exam.

To whom it may concern
I am requesting a reasonable accommodation to be successful in passing the HUD Certification test and becoming a Certified Housing Counselor ‘that I be allowed to use earphones, as I have been diagnosed with dyslexia’. Our office is currently set-up for us to take the test in-house. I have not paid to retake the test yet. Please advise if the ear plugs are acceptable. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I have receivedan email confirming my re-schedule for the exam. My new schedule is 24 June 2020 at 13:15. I don't see that refected on my sign in when I log in to my account on the Hudhousingcounselors website. I don't know how to start the exam or re-schedule again if I can't access the right section and don't want to schedule a new exam. please help
