How can I get a recipient if I just paid via the site? we are a non-profit and need that for are records

I'm trying to sign up but it's asking for a Username but there is no username field to complete.

Ferrell Hurt - within the 24hrs and the $50.00 . I have changed the time of my test to Saturday June 6th. The 50.00 were removed from my account but the information via the exam center had the date as the same June 1st 2020. I would like to ensure that the monies that were withdrew would go towards paying for the test date to change.
