Brian has since left our employment (Athens Land Trust) and we would like to cancel his registration and be refunded the fee of $100. The fee was paid on a company AMEX card and I can provide more detail if needed for the refund. Please advise our next steps.

We are attempting to sign up five employees for the HC training but the username / or pwds are not being accepted. Can we register them over the phone?

Good morning, I have taken the exam with a different non-profit agency but I'm working for a different agency. I need to contact HUD to change my employment status so I can re-take the test.

I have to have a W9 form Kriterion in order to sign one of our housing councilors up for an exam. They refuse. I am with the Cherokee Nation and need someone to contact me ASAP.

Assessment Knowledge: I suggest that the main background case be placed at the top instead of the titles now shown; this will allow students to read it when reading the correct/incorrect answer

Knowledge Assessment: It will be helpful to write the question # reference to each section to address concern to HUD course; for example in Section B1 where the questions are addressed I conly can refer as question #17 (I assigned this number) to let you know that there is a piece of data missing which is the $615 debt you mention in the answer but is not in the background of the case given above.

I have a confusion when you use in some questions and answer the front-end-ratio and back-end-ratio. Which one is the standard? are this different from lender to lender?
