I'm interested in becoming a HUD certified housing counselor. I read that to do that one must both pass the exam and work for an authorized agency. It's that second part I'm curious about. I'm a mortgage lender currently and don't intend to stop being a lender. Is that a problem? Can I do both? Whats the process to get my current company approved assuming it's not already?

I passed the Exam, did not receive a test score. How do I get it.

I contacted you last week regarding the HUD Exam and the challenges facing taking he exam . I am scheduled to take the exam , but our IT person has stated that the difficulty is caused by the server not allowing the camera to work properly . I am requesting that my test be rescheduled again until we can identify a site to test from . Please advise the best course of action from this point .

How much does this program cost?

I am trying to reschedule my exam , however WEBASSESSOR is asking me for a user name and password that I do not have or remember. I reach out to them directly and they sent me back to you guys to help me.
