To access the Knowledge Assessment, you must be signed into your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

Once you are signed in, click on the “Training Center” button on the home page, then click on “Take Knowledge Assessment.” If you are already signed in, you can access the Take Knowledge Assessment launch page directly.

Your exam appointment details are listed in the Exam Status Center. To access, sign in and select “Exam Center” at the top of the page, then select “Take Online Exam or Access Exam Details.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Exam Status Center. Exam appointments are listed under the "Scheduled Exam" section.

Hi there, I live in Flagstaff AZ and the nearest Pearson proctoring site for the HUD-HC Exam is 2 hours south in Phoenix AZ. Flagstaff AZ has a Pearson proctoring site at NAU and I was curious if there was a way to get the NAU proctoring site a location option for the HUD-EC Exam? Any guidance is appreciated.

"[1]ADDR_ZIP must be 9 numerical characters. [2]ADDR_ZIP must be numeric." Can you help me with this?
