Reason for the Accommodation Request: I have taken the exam twice already despite my Testing Anxiety, no test by a medical professional have been done; yet, it's something that I have struggled with my whole life and I am fully aware of myself in these situations.

I just took the hud counseling exam and was extremely pressured with this continuous stops from the proctored portion as the system appeared faulty. It took me over 35 minutes with support to get testing started and there after over 5 times interrupted and once suspension. I would like to retake but not sure how to reschedule and is the retake free?

Tried to pass the certification exam a couple times. Failed. It has wording that is not in the book, or words don’t even appear in the book. Because of that I cannot properly address the question, even though I can give a correct answer in a more opened way. Is there a test in Russian? I always take tests in English, but last time I could barely understand some of the questions and answers. I always fail at 496-486 Points. Math and number questions are always easy and math questions do not bother even with additional unnecessary information.

Phone call from Barbara Jenkins who stated that she cannot log onto the site, and has attempted to reset her password but did not recieve an email with instructions to reset her password. She checked her Spam mail folder and still did not see the reset email. I gave her a temporary password to use and then gave her instructions to change her password once she was able to log in.

Phone call from Gerardo Gonzalez-Gomez stating he was trying to reschedule his upcoming Certification Exam and was unable to do so on the website. I told him that in order to reschedule his upcoming exam, he would first have to cancel the exam he is scheduled to take and then schedule a new exam. He is currently scheduled for less than 72 hours from now. I advised him that if he did cancel at this point, he would incur an $85 cancellation fee.

Phone call from a client asking about the next steps after he passed the exam. He went to is profile page and it did confirm he had successfully transferred te results to FHAC. I told him he should recieve a confirmation email with his Counselor Exam ID and it will also give him a link with the next step he takes in the process.

English second language, have been a slow reader, slow thinker all my life now 63 y.o. even harder

Phone call from a client trying to register for the exam, but each time she tried to enter her information, she got a message that she needed to enter a valid voucher code. I told her there are no voucher codes to enter and suggested she try a different browser and see if her registration would go through properly.
