Your exam appointment details are listed in the Exam Status Center. To access, sign in and select “Exam Center” at the top of the page, then select “Take Online Exam or Access Exam Details.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Exam Status Center. Exam appointments are listed under the "Scheduled Exam" section.

Hi,
I can access the knowledge assessment test but Not the training modules. I click on a modules & it takes me to a blank page.

Hello; I am so sorry to ask such silly question? But, I am looking to get a HECM reverse mortgage counseling certificate and this site seems to be for FHA housing certificates in general. Are you going to require this of all future HECM counselors to proceed? I think I saw 8/2020 as needing this new certificate. Can you advise how I can become a HECM certified counselor only?

I'm having an issue with module 3.1. the page is stuck on pg 8/26 not moving forward. I have checked 3 different computers since yesterday and same issue. Can you help?
