The Support team is not able to provide physical copies of the Study Guide. You are welcome to print the training as befits your needs to prepare for the exam.

Ticket from Customer Service - Certification Exam

To whom it may concern,

We have a Blizzard in effect in Denver, I have a test today at 1pm at International IT Solutions, My workdite has been closed due to the storm as well as many other city buildings. I have been trying to contact IT International with no luck, are they open? I don't want to travel during a blizzard only to find out no one is there.
