Individuals planning to take the certification examination at a proctoring center can utilize the tool to Locate a Kryterion Testing Center. Candidates can view appointment availability and schedule the exam via the Registration Process. Test centers cannot schedule your exam.

Certification Requirement

Housing counseling required under or provided in connection with HUD programs must be provided only by certified housing counselors who work for organizations approved to participate in HUD’s Housing Counseling Program. In order to be certified, an individual must both pass a standardized written examination covering six major topic areas, and work for an agency approved to participate in HUD’s housing counseling program.

I had schedule my exam today at 12 keystone court, Leola, PA. 11 AM.
I am from Philadelphia and I drove all the way here to do the exam and there was nobody at the center. when I called at 10:50 AM because I was waiting, the person said he had an emergency and he sent an email. I never got the email even spam because I checked my email every day. The only email i got was the reminder to take my test today. In the circumstances that it was not my fault, I would like to get my $100 back to be able to reschedule my test again. can you help me please.

I have paid in May 2020 for a exam and still haven't been able to take the test. When I go to schedule it asks me to pay again. How is this possible? I asked for the money to be refunded and got no response. Please help me either schedule the exam or give me my money back.

If you have passed the exam, your next step is to authorize the transfer of your passing test results to FHA Connection. To do this, sign in to your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select “Exam Center” from the top navigation. Then, select “Transfer Results to FHA Connection.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Transfer Results page.
