What is the fee to take the certification exam?
What will the certification cover?

I have been trying to sign up for my HUD exam but every time I go to sign up, I get kicked off the website. This will be my second time taking it and I did not have these issues the first time.

I have no idea what my password is, so I did try to send it to my email but it has not shown up yet. Once I do hear through my email, is there a time limit on being locked out? Thank you kindly.

The fee charged each time an individual takes the certification examination is based on the cost of administering the examination. As announced in the Federal Register Notice dated May 31, 2017, an online proctored exam costs $60 and an in-person proctored exam costs $100. Any changes in pricing will be published in advance in the Federal Register. 

I have tried to register to take the on line exam again and it is not letting me register. webassessor asks for my id & password and I use the same ones I use to sign in to HUD, but to no avail.

The online training is interactive, but it does not include audio.

How do I find out if my agency is a HUD approved housing counseling agency; HOC - Housing Opportunities of Montgomery County. If not, what is the process to become an approved agency? Kindly advise.

I have tried numerous times to log in you even sent mea new log in and I use it and it will not open or let me continue it states wrong password when HUD is the one giving it to me
