I'm trying to get a refund for a test I took by mistake. Found out that my lender wanted me to take a first time home-buyer class and get a certificate ( in a different website). I ended up doing a counselor test for $60 at HUD website.

I started the exam timely and had the exam frozen at the end. I could not go back and review only submit. I contacted Kryterion and made notes. Also the calculator did not work, Once I got all done- 2 hours later I started to complete the exam and had to reset the camera. I was immediately shut down after one question answered saying I could not be seen. I could see me. I called to relaunch as it was just like before when all was stalled and they had me go out and come back in, Allen was a great help.
