Ticket from Anonymous - Certification Exam

I have 2 accounts and need them to be merged. 1 account is under jmaxwell@tallhasseelenders.org and the other is under maxwell.jalisa@gmail.com. I took the test today and passed. Can you please merge my accounts so I do not have any issue with my certification? Even though I taken the exam and passed it today I cannot see where it tells me I passed under the website.

I am unable to reschedule my certification exam and need assistance. Kryterion and Red Rocks Community College have sent me back to you for assistance.
