Once you are signed in, click on the “Exam Center” button on the home page, then click on “Register for Exam.” If you are already signed in, you can access the Register for Exam page directly.

I'm waiting to here back on my last Email. I still have not received a registration Email from creating an account.

Exam registration, cancellations, and changes are handled through your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov.

To change your exam delivery type, sign in and select “Exam Center” at the top of the page, then select “Take Online Exam or Access Exam Details.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Exam Status Center. Follow the steps to cancel your scheduled exam (the exam purchase will be refunded to the credit card used), then follow the steps to register for a new exam.

I attempted to create a user account with the email hayes.baseinc@outlook.com but never received the confirmation email to complete the account.

I can't seem to login. I've tried two of my work email addresses but it's not recognizing me.
I need to get my login credentials over to our compliance department.
