I need to get my HUD number to look up on the database

Under your Module discussing Types of Homeowners Insurance you use the term "Loss of Coverage."

There is no such thing as a type of insurance called "Loss of Coverage."

The Correct Terminology is "Loss of Use Coverage,"

That is because they are attempting to use the English word "Use" to adequately describe the type of insurance... So you see, Loss of Coverage does not make sense, but Loss of Use Coverage is descriptive.

Upon completion of the certification exam, each candidate receives an immediate PASS or FAIL notification, as applicable. Candidates who pass receive an email outlining next steps.

The certification examination is periodically updated to reflect changes in regulations and program policies. The certification examination will be based on the most recent version of the training content posted in Revision History on www.HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov. 

Good evening.  I am scheduled to take the HUD exam tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 PM online, and I wanted to know if the recent government shutdown will affect the exam schedule or not?  Thank you any information on this would be helpful.

This system is not recognizing my username. It says it incorrect or my password is incorrect. When I indicated that I forgot my password, it gave me my username which is the same username I used in the beginning. Now it is saying I am about to be locked out if I haven't already been.
