The fee charged each time an individual takes the certification examination is based on the cost of administering the examination. As announced in the Federal Register Notice dated May 31, 2017, an online proctored exam costs $60 and an in-person proctored exam costs $100. Any changes in pricing will be published in advance in the Federal Register. 

My counselor in my St. George office put the wrong agency # in when she took her state exam. I need to make sure that her agency ID is changed in FHA Connection. Can you tell me how I would go about this? Thanks

On Page 27 of Module 5.2 on Foreclosure and also in the interactive module on slide 16 - it refers to a Borrower in default must have a minimum surplus income. It never mentions what the acceptable minimum surplus income has to be to pursue a work out option. Please clarify.

The Support team is not able to provide physical copies of the Study Guide. You are welcome to print the training as befits your needs to prepare for the exam. 

I was on the site yesterday, and have set up my account and password. Returning today to complete the program, it does not recognize my user name.
