I am writing as I just was sitting here studying for my test when I realized I was supposed to go on 10/10 –
I thought it was on Thursday, 10/11 and had anticipated going in the morning at 9:00 am.
I now realize that the reminder is stating 10/10, Am I able to reschedule this through this email or do I need to contact the site where I was supposed to take it, Red Rocks Community College.
I am sincerely sorry for all of this, I can’t believe with all my studying that I got the date incorrect.

Changing exam date from the 12 to the 19 October at 10 AM

I was kicked out of the test yesterday for talking. My co-workers were being a bit too loud so I asked them to keep it down. Before I knew it, the test was suspended. I am hoping I can re-take it without having to pay the fee. I had an hr left and was on question 80ish. We are a non-profit organization, and every penny we can save goes a long way.

Hello - I completed the hUD exam and passed it on 9/28. I never recieved an email with directions for next steps from Kryterion, but I am in their system and my login was jaks1mj. I was forced to use my personal email address when initially registering, which is maddie.jaks@gmail.com

Questions regarding the application process for HUD Certified Housing Counselor certification must be submitted to housing.counseling@hud.gov with subject line “FHAC."

I would like to file a formal complaint to advocate for all the housing counselors across the country that took the HUD Housing Counselors Certification Examination in the first round and failed. Please consider a REPRIEVE or a RECALULATION for counselors who FAILED by as little as 20 points.
As addressed in many of your meetings in Washington DC, after the first round, it was revealed that there were questions on the test that were poorly constructed with no right or wrong answer.

Fraudulent Chargeback

I am interested in Housing Counseling Training and Practice Exam.

I cannot make a new account, but it continues to say I have not entered a user name field. There is no "user name" field, as it asks for an email address 2 times. Please help as I need to create an account to register for the HUD exam. Thanks, Molly Link
