Hi,

I was needing scratch paper to complete the exam tomorrow. When discussed at the NCRC Training in Dallas Texas last June 2018, Johnnie L.Young has indicated that he was not aware that we where not allowed a scratch paper and would have that changed but when I last went to attempt the exam, I was informed no scatch paper allowed please help me with the next step forward as I have to retake this exam tomorrow.
