The proctoring service provider, Kryterion, is currently experiencing technical difficulties that inhibit account users on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov from accessing the exam platform. Caller had passed the exam and wanted to receive her numeric score. She went on to say that receiving this score would be helpful for people who pass their exam as it would help them know if they barely passed (and need more study to improve their knowledge) or passed with flying colors (which would demonstrate they are experts in their field).

If you have passed the exam, your next step is to authorize the transfer of your passing test results to FHA Connection. To do this, sign in to your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select “Exam Center” from the top navigation. Then, select “Transfer Results to FHA Connection.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Transfer Results page.
