Caller had passed the exam and wanted to receive her numeric score. She went on to say that receiving this score would be helpful for people who pass their exam as it would help them know if they barely passed (and need more study to improve their knowledge) or passed with flying colors (which would demonstrate they are experts in their field).

What is the total cost for the courses and to take the exam. For the Certified Housing Counselor. Also, how long does the certification last and any associated costs. Thanks, Joy

I am trying to create a new sign up. I complete all of the boxes that are required and hit the create account button. But, I get a message that says the username field is required- but there is no place to put a user name???

If you have passed the exam, your next step is to authorize the transfer of your passing test results to FHA Connection. To do this, sign in to your account on HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov and select “Exam Center” from the top navigation. Then, select “Transfer Results to FHA Connection.” If you are already signed in, you can directly access the Transfer Results page.
