I took this test two times. I just got a 474. Every time I take the test online I do well on your site with the practice exam . Then I take the real test and each time I do poorly in different subjects . I really think it is geared towards people who work more specifically with mortgages or first time homebuyer‘s .

I have completed the Certification exam, however when I log into the system to transfer to FHA connection, the HUDHousingCounselors.hud.gov says that I have not taken the exam.
Is there a way my account can be updated to reflect that I have taken the exam?
I have the email where it mentioned that I passed.
