I have attempted to sign in and schedule the test online several times and the error 3DSecure Failure message: "Not Authenticated/Account Not Verified; Transaction denied" keeps occuring. I have contacted my bank and they have suggested that I contact your support line as the funds are available and no issue has been identified on their end.
